Step Three: Ballpark Estimate
There is no charge for the Ballpark Estimate. This estimate is typically a feasibility tool for the homeowner to use to benchmark the project budget.  We will schedule time for you to visit our material venders for this meeting.  Please allow at least 1.5 hours for this meeting. We request that all parties involved in your project attend this meeting.

• In most cases, the project’s final cost ends up within a plus or minus 20% range of the original estimate.

• The range may be greater for very old homes or where there are many unknowns, such as a high level of detail or severe complexity.

• Attached to the Ballpark Estimate is a list of our references, with names and phone numbers of homeowners. These references are recently finished projects and unique projects in your area.

• After several days, we will give you a follow-up phone call to discuss the estimate.

The next step in the process is the Design Phase.
